Through Sept. 10, 2002, MPR is broadcasting selected reports from "Understanding America After 9/11," a nationwide public radio collaboration. Find MPR's schedule of broadcasts below.

10 a.m.: Soundprint documentary "We Were On Duty"
noon, 9 p.m.: NPR documentary "After 9/11: The New War on Terror"

Wednesday, Sept. 4
10 a.m.: WBUR documentary "Unfriendly Skies"
noon, 9 p.m.: KQED documentary "A Need to Belong: Citizenship in a Post-9/11 America"

Thursday, Sept. 5
11 a.m.: MPR's Midday does a local program on airport and airline security
noon, 9 p.m.: First Person program "The Spiritual Fallout of 9/11"

Friday, Sept. 6
noon, 9 p.m.: American RadioWorks documentary "Days of Infamy"

Saturday, Sept. 7
12 p.m. to 2 p.m.: A live BBC/WAMU international call-in program, "Living with Terror after 9/11: The World Speaks"

5-7 p.m.: This time, on A Prairie Home Companion, a special broadcast edited together from past NYC shows, including a Garrison Keillor essay about the events of September 11.

Sunday, Sept. 8
2 p.m. to 4 p.m.: From BBC, MPR, KPCC, and WBUR, "Living with Terror after 9/11: America Speaks," hosted by Ray Suarez and Steven Sackur

Monday, Sept. 9
10 a.m. MPR's Midmorning does a local call-in program on citizenship and immigration.
noon, 9 p.m.: WAMU/Soundprint documentary "Defending the Future"

Tuesday, September 10
10 a.m. WNYC documentary "Changed New York"
noon, 9 p.m.: Sonic Memorial Project from Lost and Found Sound

Wednesday, September 11
9 a.m. - 6:30 p.m.: MPR news and information stations will broadcast NPR's live coverage of memorial events in New York and Washington, D.C., hosted by Scott Simon and Neal Conan.

9-10 a.m.: Tune in to MPR classical music stations for September 11th In Memoriam: Reflection Through Music, a special hour of reflection on the human sounds of 9/11. Then listen as the beauty and power of music conveys what words cannot.

7:30 p.m.: The Minnesota Orchestra joins the collaboration with a live national broadcast called "Remembrance and Reflection." World-renowned soprano Renee Fleming will sing Richard Strauss' luminous Four Last Songs. The Orchestra will also offer the "Nimrod" from Elgar's Enigma Variations, and Johannes Brahms' Symphony No. 2.
