Thanks to everyone who participated in the Minnesota Public Radio "Build a Better Bumper Sticker" contest, in connection with the MPR 1999 State Fair broadcasts. We received thousands of stickers from more than 800 entrants, and there were some great ones. Without further ado, the three winners, whose slogans will be made into actual bumper stickers, are:
